Refund policy
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: To start the return process, please email our customer service team at info@rakkle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Instructions: We will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send items back without this number, as it may delay your refund.

Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Conditions:

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, new, and unused condition. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

"personalized or custom-made products," "perishable goods," "sale or clearance items".
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@rakkle.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item, depending on product availability.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
